This sculpture grew from A Ray of Light, a painting of a young girl with the same quiet, inward presence.
In Serenity – Mango, that stillness takes on a warmer character. Soft orange tones catch the light and move across the rough surface, while the peaceful face seems to emerge gently from the sculpture itself.
The painting and sculpture share more than their origin. One grew from colour and light, the other from form and material, yet both carry the same presence.
Two forms, one soul, shaped by the same light.
Material: acrylic resin with orange pigments, patinated with paint and finished with varnish.
