Big Brother

2022

A starfish has one eye at the top of each arm. The artist took this literally, so now this giant has his eye on everything. Beware, you are being watched! This creature counts 19 arms. It is covered with colors of green, yellow, orange, dark purple and has a golden glow. Big Brother is blessed with apple blue sea green eyes. This sculpture is an installation you can hang on the ceiling. The giant starfish then seems to be floating in the air. You can also hang it on a wall.

Camouflage

2022

A glimpse from the deep — just long enough to vanish, as if it was never there.

Dangerous beauty

2022

Not only the jellyfish carry their quiet power; the sirens are present as well. These mythical demigoddesses do not sing to lure you into danger, but to call you toward what lies hidden. Their voices are an invitation, their beauty a guide. They draw you into the depths not to lose yourself, but to discover where stillness becomes clear and transformation can unfold.   In this world, the depths are not a threat, but a place of surrender, wonder, and inner richness. #2

Ozzy

2022

This painting carries a quiet sense of safety. As if you are being held by the water itself, without resistance or fear. The surrounding darkness feels not heavy, but protective, like a soft mantle that slows everything down and brings calm.   The presence moving through the image feels watchful rather than exposed. It invites release, the freedom to lower your guard. Here, you are allowed to sink, to breathe, and to trust an unseen current that gently carries you.   In this depth, safety is not a boundary, but a feeling. A quiet knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

School 's out

2022

After a period of effort, space opens up to let go. This bas relief captures that moment of transition, much like the end of the school year, when structure and obligation begin to dissolve and make way for relaxation and freedom.   The layered, earthy textures carry traces of perseverance and commitment, yet they soften into more open, flowing forms. The surface breathes both movement and calm, as if body and mind are finally allowed to exhale.   School’s Out evokes the feeling of a holiday just beginning. Time stretching wide. No pressure, no demands, only presence. A moment where tension fades and space is created for rest, playfulness, and renewed energy.     Bas-relief, floor wax with pigments

Venus wake up!

2022

Zombie starfish crawl up to cover the sleeping Venus.  As they get closer to the Goddess, they look more and more like flowers. The little fish Eros in the corner below, calls her to wake up. Time is running out to spread the love around the world. Bas-relief in resin, painted in bright colors and varnished. #2
